About the show. This show was cancelled on Tuesday March 30th, 2004. This would have been Guns N' Roses third appearance at the Festival. Guns N' Roses had the  opportunity to be the first artist ever to play at Rock In Rio for the three time. This was the first word of any tour or concert since the 2002-2003 North America "Chinese Democracy" World Tour.
